NEW YORK, NY — October 19, 2026 — Legal Solutions Group (LSG), a legal technology company focused on legal spend management and legal operations, announced on Monday that its Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) investment opportunity is available through the StartEngine platform.

The offering is made available through StartEngine Primary LLC, a member of FINRA and SIPC. LSG said the campaign page includes information about the company's business, offering details, associated risks, and investment documentation, including its Form C and risk disclosures.

LSG develops software intended to help legal departments, insurance organizations, and law firms manage legal spending, review invoices, and organize legal workflows. The company said its products address operational challenges related to legal expenses, billing processes, matter management, and access to legal spend information.

The company's technology portfolio includes three products:

- Mercury ELM: enterprise legal management software focused on legal matters, budgets, spending visibility, and related workflows.
- Quark AI: AI-assisted legal bill review software focused on invoice review, billing compliance, and exception management.
- Bilr: legal time recording, billing, and invoicing software for legal professionals.

LSG said its broader direction centers on supporting more connected and informed legal operations, and on exploring how artificial intelligence, automation, and legal technology can help organizations address everyday challenges related to legal spending and administrative workflows. The company said its approach emphasizes understanding operational needs, evaluating practical applications of technology, and considering how different legal processes relate to one another.

The company noted that its business direction remains subject to customer requirements, market conditions, available resources, and other operational factors.

Regulation Crowdfunding allows companies to raise capital from a broad range of investors under rules established by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. LSG cautioned that the investment is speculative, illiquid, and involves a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of the entire investment. Prospective investors should review the offering documents, including the company's Form C and associated risk disclosures, available through the StartEngine campaign page, before making an investment decision.
